Is my transaction information secure?
Yes, it is. We use the same technology that protects your credit card information to protect your transaction information.

Why should I open an online account?
    Opening an online account gives you great benefits:
  • Member Discounts. All customers who are signed up to become members and using online ordering system to purchase, are entitled up to 20% discount off all products listed on the website.
  • Monthly Newsletter. We will keep you update with technology and hot deals.
  • Shop faster. Your personal information is pre-filled for you when you check out. This way, you don't need to type your personal information over and over again.
  • Shop more conveniently. If you add something to your basket and wish to leave the site, the basket will save its contents for a week until you visit us again.
  • Track your order history. As a registered user, you have access to all your past online orders - you can think of it as an online shopping diary.

Payment

Will I receive a confirmation email for placing an order of interest?
Certainly. At the end of your transaction, you are shown an Order Summary screen. Please print this page from your browser as a receipt for your transaction. This Order Summary includes our order numbers for your reference. An official invoice will be sent to you together with the shipment or when you picked up from the store, which you can keep for your records. Please note that these emails cannot be used as a receipt.

What are the different ways I can pay for my order?
Our payment methods are as follow:
  1. Cash
    As in Australian Dollars.
  2. EFTPOS
    Most EFTPOS accounts have a maximum withdrawal limit of $800 to $1000 per day
  3. Bank Cheque
    Please bring your photo ID. If you are posting the cheque, please allow time for the funds to clear before we will release the goods.
  4. Direct Deposit
    Our bank details are as follow:

    BSB: 034069
    A/C: 462970
    You can deposit the money into our bank account by using Internet Banking or direct deposit from a bank branch. Please make sure you keep the receipt. Please note that the banking system in Australia may take up to 3 days to transfer the deposit between banks. We will release the goods once deposit has been received.
  5. Personal/Company Cheque
    A valid Australian Driver¡¦s Licence will be required to process this method of payment through a cheque verifying system. Please provide your purchase order if you are paying by company Cheque. All Cheque orders will attract a 2% Surcharge.
  6. Credit Card
    We accept Bank Card, Master Card and Visa. Currently we do not accept American Express and Dinners Club. All Credit Card orders will attract a 2% Surcharge. Orders paid by credit card can only be collected by the card holder and sign in person in the shop. Credit Cards are not accepted by phone.

Shipping

Does PC GOGO offer international shipping?
We are currently unable to accept or ship orders outside of Australia. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and street number with your order.

If I order more than one product, do I have to pay for shipping on each of the items?
We calculate shipping and handling costs by shipment. Your orders can come in one shipment or multiple shipments, depending on what is ordered. Generally your order should come in one shipment; however, this may cause delays if your products are backordered at the time you order them.

Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?
No. Due to security reason, the order will have to go to the cardholder's registered address, this is done to prevent online fraud which had increased in the past few years.

If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order?
When you have placed your order and paid for it at the shop, the time you receive your order will depends on the availability of the product and the shipping method you select. You may use this formula to determine the approximate time it will take to receive your order: (Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time. Please allow up to two additional business days for credit verification.

Can I ship to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please remember to include a physical street address, highway number and street number with your order.

Purchases & Returns

How do I exchange or return a defective product that I have bought online?
We would be pleased to exchange most items you buy, up to 14 days after your receive your order. Please note that you need to present the official invoice, along with the credit card you used to make your purchase, when you make your exchange.
If you would like to return an item please contact our Customer Care Department. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part.

Can I purchase online and pick up my order at PC GOGO Shop?
Yes. However, it is advised that you call our sales representative and arrange for a time to come in to pick up the order and pay for it in store.

If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for an exchange?
When you return a product, you will receive an exchange within 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the item.

How do I find out if the goods is available or not?
At each product page, it will show either "Buy Now" or "Preorder" status for each product.
- Buy Now: This means we currently have instock.
This is just an estimate figure instore please call us or we recommend you to place online order to guarantee your item is available for you.
- Preorder: This means we currently don't have instock and will take approximately 1-3 working days to order the item in, unless this product is currently not available on the market.

What if I find a misprint or an error on the web site?
We do our best to ensure that we provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information.
